Vettro Adds Software and Wireless Industry Veterans to Expand Executive Team
George Moser, SVP of Worldwide Operations, and Thomas Erdman, Chief Marketing Officer, Bring Deep Technology and Management Experience to New Roles
NEW YORK -– 11th March, 2008 – Vettro Corp., the market leading provider of mobile solutions to the Global 2000, today announced the expansion of its executive team with the appointment of two new senior vice presidents: George Moser will lead worldwide field operations and Tom Erdman will oversee worldwide marketing. The new appointments provide added depth and experience to Vettro’s leadership team, positioning the company to drive global revenue goals and effectively meet increased customer demands.
George Moser brings more than twenty years experience to Vettro serving in senior management positions in high-growth companies and emerging start-ups. Prior to joining Vettro, he served as Vice President of North American Sales for SPSS [NYSE: SPSS], a global provider of predictive analytics software and solutions. In that capacity he grew new license revenues for the company by 50% year over year which helped to double the stock price. In his new role, Moser will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and direction of Vettro’s field sales initiatives and the entire sales organization – including global sales, pre-sales, and general sales operations,.

Tom Erdman joins Vettro from AT&T [NYSE: T], where he served as Vice President of the Corporate Markets organization. Erdman consistently drove the growth of this $1.5B business unit in excess of 35% per annum through the relentless sales execution and delivery of mobile data solutions. An accomplished executive in the field of telecommunications, Tom has held sales and marketing leadership positions at a number of large carriers over the past 20 years including MCI and British Telecom. At Vettro, Erdman will be responsible for leading the company’s global marketing strategy.
