NEW YORK, May 17 /CNW/ - Vettro, a global leader in on-demand mobile business applications, today announced that Bell Canada will be the first carrier to resell the full suite of Vettro 360 mobile applications for field service and sales. Vettro's 360 line of on-demand mobile applications provide out-of-the-box features and functionality designed to fully support the needs of enterprise organizations with the highest concentration of mobile workers including service and repair, facilities management, IT service management, pickup and delivery, and sales. All applications in the 360 suite integrate with multiple enterprise systems, on-demand services and boast advanced mobile capabilities such as GPS, Bluetooth peripherals, RFID, point-of-service transactions, and printing to optimize performance of the mobile enterprise.

"Bell Mobility has always been a leader in delivering complete solutions for our enterprise customers, far beyond wireless devices and plans," said Antoine Shiu, General Manager of Enterprise Sales at Bell Mobility. "The appetite for mobile capabilities has grown tremendously across various business processes, and our continued partnership with Vettro allows us to strengthen our position as the mobility partner of choice for Canadian enterprises."

Vettro 360 is the first suite of full-fledged user-driven mobile computing applications designed to transform the mobile device into the primary interface of interaction between the mobile workforce and their customers, management, partners, and peers. Vettro's 360 core architecture is a true on-demand mobile computing environment, unparalleled in the enterprise mobility space, which easily accommodates customer feedback for future releases.

Vettro 360 FieldMaster enhances existing enterprise IT investments to drive quantifiable operational and profit/cost improvement within one's field operations by improving field force productivity, service quality, and service transparency. By equipping the field service workforce with Vettro FieldMaster 360, enterprises are able to refocus those workers on revenue-generating activities, thus ultimately meeting and even exceeding customer expectations.
The application supports all major CRM and ERP systems including Amdocs Clarify, Maximo, Peregrine, Remedy, Siebel, SAP and Indus.

Vettro 360 RainMaker lets users fully leverage the power of their company's SFA system, such as Siebel, Siebel OnDemand, salesforce.com, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics, through mobile devices, driving usage and adoption of these systems within enterprise sales environments. As the most effective tool of a company's sales team, any handheld device powered by Vettro RainMaker 360 connects both front- and back-end IT investments, forming one virtual CRM database for a complete and real-time view into sales and customer status.
